Refund policy

All sales are final. Each jewelry piece is handmade and may contain imperfections. This is the joy of handmade items as each one is unique. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me within 24 hours if the item is damaged. 

My pieces are built to last but are not invincible. If any silver elements or the structural integrity of your piece is damaged, please email me along with a photo of the item and we can discuss. I will only repair my own jewelry pieces. 

The customer is responsible for knowing their ring and wrist size to ensure correct size or fit. All rings and cuffs are specifically sized. All information is posted on each piece of jewelry.
